De façon à ce que chacun puisse profiter de cet instant privilégié,<strong> le chef cuisinier du lycée, M. Hurel</strong>, nous a prévu des menus de choix et des animations autours des aliments préparés en cuisine.<br class='autobr' /> Toujours aussi soucieux de répondre aux contraintes du bio et du local (le lycée correspond pleinement à ce qu'impose la loi EGALIM), c'est notamment avec un bœuf à l'équilibre que la semaine va se préparer.<br class='autobr' /> <i>Le principe du bœuf à l'équilibre étant de pouvoir lisser sur la semaine toutes les pièces d'un bœuf sans avoir à ne privilégier que les morceaux « nobles ».</i></p> <h3 class="spip">En entrée :</h3> <p>Les salades viennent de chez
